COURT HOURS & LOCATIONS
The Jury Services Office in Santa Cruz is open 8:00AM - 3:00PM Mon - Fri, except for court holidays.

- The Santa Cruz Courthouse is located at: 701 Ocean Street
- The Watsonville Courthouse is located at: 1 Second Street

FAILURE TO APPEAR INFORMATION
Every county resident who is qualified to serve and who does not have a legal hardship or excuse must appear for jury service when summoned. Willful failure to appear is contempt of court, and may result in a fine of up to $1,500.00 and/or 5 days in the county jail.

If you cannot appear on the date indicated on your summons, you must request a postponement. You may request a postponement using this system by inputting your badge number on the Main Menu .


REPLACEMENT SUMMONS INFORMATION
You will need to speak with jury staff to request a replacement summons. See telephone number below.


WORK CERTIFICATE INFORMATION
Some employers require jurors to obtain a certificate of jury service from the court to confirm the dates of their service. You may stop by the Jury Services Division and request a work certificate on your last day of service. Or you may request one with this system once you have completed your service.
